What we collect
When you create an account we store your name, email address and, if you sign in with GitHub, your GitHub login and avatar. When you connect a repository or run the CLI we store the data you send: coverage percentages, test results, pull request metadata and the names of files and tests. We never receive your source code.
How we use it
To show you your dashboards, to calculate health scores and risk, to send transactional email such as invitations and password resets, and to keep the service running. We do not sell data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Members of your organization see the organization’s data according to their role. Our operators can access data to run the service and to investigate problems. Payment details, when online checkout is enabled, are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers.
Where it lives and for how long
Data is stored on servers in the European Union and kept for as long as your organization exists. Deleting an organization removes its API tokens and invitations immediately and hides its data; ask us to purge it permanently.
Cookies
One cookie keeps you signed in. There are no tracking or advertising cookies.
Your rights and contact
You can export or delete your data and ask questions at hello@harnessqa.dev. We answer within five business days.
